Listed below are the prices of the other units I rent when our unit is booked. There are about 45 units in total. The value added tax in the amount of 12% is added to these prices. You may be able to find cheaper units but I stopped renting them because to save a few dollars people thought they were getting the same quality, furnishings and service-they were not and ended up having a less then satisfying vacation. All these units are maintained by the only professional full service real estate firm in Playacar. All units are within one half a mile of each other.

Condominiums Xaman-Ha have living and dinning room, kitchen, A/C, T/V & pool.

Daily maid service in high season and 3 times a week in low.

Deluxe Villas have maid service 6 times a week.

Internet service is available in the office for renters of these units.
